We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
