Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in New Delhi. The Receptionist will manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills such as organizing appointments, maintaining logs, and managing office tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and callers
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email, word processing, and scheduling software
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles is advantageous
