Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly female Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management.
  • Assist in the organization of the office and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
