Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Cum Telecaller located in Coimbatore. The Receptionist Cum Telecaller will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, performing clerical tasks, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication. The role involves handling reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, and supporting various administrative tasks.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Administrative or Customer Service fields are a plus
• Knowledge or experience in the interior design or wood products industry would be beneficial
