Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Receptionist cum HR & Admin Executive. The role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring effective communication through phone and email, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks, record-keeping, and contributing to HR activities like coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records. The individual in this role will act as the first point of contact for visitors and will assist with various clerical and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities

Admin Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics
  • Support documentation, filing, and compliance-related tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining trackers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and presentable

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRMS tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving approach
