Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Collecting clients feedback through calls and mails
- Manage visitor logs and maintain office security protocols
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organised office area
- Manage the housekeeping assistant and make sure office should be clean.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time-management skills
