Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while creating a warm and professional experience for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries courteously
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
- Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination
- Helping in maintaining attendance
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
