Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while creating a warm and professional experience for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries courteously
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
  • Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination
  • Helping in maintaining attendance

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Executive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
