Receptionist (FEMALE ONLY)

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for welcoming visitors and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
