*Receptionist* with*3 + year* work experience required in an *agro export organisation* located at *Mumbai Central* (nearby station)
JD:
- *Manage front desk operations* , greet visitors, handle inquiries, and maintain visitor logs
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages to relevant departments
- *Handle courier management*, prepare, track, and record DHL, Blue Dart, and other shipments
- Coordinate with the export team for timely dispatch of document sets to clients and banks
- *Prepare DHL bills, schedule pickups, and track deliveries*
- *Maintain registers for incoming/outgoing couriers* , samples, and office supplies
- Support admin tasks: scanning, filing, photocopying, and stationery control
- Assist HR/Admin with meeting room arrangements and daily office operations
- *Keep the reception area neat and ensure a professional visitor experience*
Salary up to *Rs 25,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
