Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensure visitors and clients receive a warm welcome, and handle incoming calls while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, performing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors and team members.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and managing client interactions
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related customer-facing position is a plus
