Description

We are urgently hiring a Receptionist for our office located at Mg Road, India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for managing all front desk activities and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (2-8 years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
