This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist based in Noida. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in providing professional Customer Service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a professional demeanor
- Basic familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
