Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Receptionist & Admin Executive who will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, coordinate with vendors, and work extensively on Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception:
- Handle incoming calls and visitors professionally
- Manage couriers, dispatch, and inward/outward registers
- Maintain visitor records and front office discipline
Administrative Work:
- Support day-to-day office administration
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with internal teams
- Assist management with documentation and reports
Vendor Coordination:
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely communication
- Coordinate for maintenance and office-related services
Excel & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
- Work on data management, analysis, and tracking sheets
- Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in reception/admin role
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
