About the Company and Role: ECOMES is a dynamic company specializing in smart and sustainable construction. We provide BIM models up to LOD 500 and focus on Green Building and Energy Analysis & Certifications.

We are seeking a Rebar Detailer with strong technical expertise in reinforcement detailing, shop drawing preparation, and coordination with design teams. The role requires precision, structural understanding, and adherence to international standards to deliver high-quality detailing outputs.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:

• Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and placement drawings as per project specifications.

• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and standards to create accurate detailing.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and project teams for resolving design/clarification issues.

• Ensure compliance with international codes (ACI, BS, IS, etc.) and client requirements.

• Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and bar lists before submission.

• Maintain documentation, revisions, and version control of drawings. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rebar detailing using software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or RebarCAD.

• Strong knowledge of concrete structures and reinforcement standards.

• Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and schedules.
