Job Title : Real Estate Sales Executive
Location :Delhi NCR (site visits and client meetings as required)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital channels, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property site visits and present projects effectively to clients.
- Prepare and share detailed property presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and developers/owners to finalize deals.
- Manage documentation, agreements, booking forms, and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports through CRM or internal tools.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, new launches, and competitors.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support property promotions and gather client feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Candidate Profile: Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 13 years of real estate or sales experience (freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Client-centric attitude with good relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred :
- Experience in real estate sales in Delhi NCR.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and regulatory processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing or online lead generation.
- Strong local network of potential buyers, brokers, or channel partners.
