Operating under DeFi Assets LLC (a subsidiary of Apex DeFi Labs Inc.), we handle everything from property sourcing and analysis to investor relations and compliance. We're building a world-class remote operations team and looking for ambitious interns ready to learn fast and grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is not your typical internship. This is an intensive bootcamp-style program designed to transform you from a student into a skilled real estate tokenization professional in just 6 weeksfollowed by 6 months of real work experience with clear targets and a path to full-time employment.

We're looking for driven individuals who want to be pushed hard, learn fast, and build a real career in one of the most exciting intersections of real estate and fintech.

Education

Currently pursuing OR recently completed (within 1 year) a degree in:

Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or MBA

Skills

Strong English communicationwritten and verbal (you'll work with US-based team and investors)

Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (we'll train you on advanced)

Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts

Comfortable with technology and online tools

Technical Requirements

Laptop/computer with reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)

Quiet workspace for focused work and video calls

Webcam and microphone for daily meetings

Ability to overlap 4-5 hours with US Eastern Time

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Interest in or knowledge of real estate investing

Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or tokenization

Prior internship or work experience

Financial modeling experience
