Job Description

We are looking for a confident and organisedTele Caller & Sales Coordinatorwho can handle property enquiries, follow up with clients, schedule site visits, and support the sales team with coordination and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and also likes managing operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Lead Handling

• Make outbound calls to property seller, buyers and investors
• Handle inbound enquiries from portals, ads, and WhatsApp
• Explain basic project details and pricing
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects
• Fix site visits and meetings for the sales team

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate between sales team and clients site visits
• Manage booking forms, KYC, and basic documentation
• Maintain lead records, inventory sheets, and follow-up trackers
• Support the sales team with daily operations
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident on phone calls and client handling
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
• Real estate experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 13 years experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or coordination preferred
