Role Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Tele-caller & Sales Coordinator to join our on-site team in Gurugram. This role is critical to client communication and sales coordination and requires excellent spoken and written English, strong follow-up discipline, and a high level of professionalism.
The position involves managing client interactions, coordinating site visits, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and well-organized client experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls and written correspondence.
- Clearly and professionally explain real estate offerings and respond to client queries.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, call logs, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and deal progression
- Assist in prospecting and nurturing potential clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent, high-quality communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, etiquette, and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional command of English (both verbal and written) mandatory
- Prior experience in tele-calling, client coordination, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of real estate, property advisory, or asset management is preferred
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to commute and work full-time from the Gurugram office is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
