Real estate Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Real Estate Team Leader. The Real Estate Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals, develop effective sales strategies, and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating brokerage activities, facilitating property transactions, guiding clients in commercial real estate decisions, and ensuring successful deal closures while providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration
• Experience in Brokerage and property transaction processes
• Proven skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate practices
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with builders and stakeholders
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a real estate leadership or supervisory role
