The Real Estate Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves overseeing brokerage operations, managing and leading a real estate team, and providing guidance to ensure effective client relationship management. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, driving commercial real estate projects, and facilitating seamless property transactions. The candidate will also play a key role in mentoring and motivating team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and manage client interactions
• Strong Brokerage expertise to facilitate property transactions and maintain market relationships
• Proven Team Management and Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a real estate team
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate operations
• Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Relevant education or certifications in real estate, business, or a related field are a plus
