Purpose Of The Role
The Real Estate Surveyor will be responsible for identifying potential locations, conducting initial property scouting and supporting the business expansion process. This role requires strong coordination, research, and documentation skills to facilitate smooth property acquisitions and store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations for business expansion.
- Assist in scouting and shortlisting properties based on company parameters.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants to gather site details.
- Liaise with internal teams for feasibility assessments and due diligence.
- Maintain records of potential and acquired locations, including agreements and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and authorities.
- Provide logistical support for site visits, negotiations, and approvals.
Candidate Profile
- Atleast 2 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property scouting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and property assessments.
