Role Description

The Real Estate Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities, including lead generation, property showings, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance in real estate transactions. This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune, requiring active engagement with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property markets
  • Proven skills in Sales, including negotiation, prospecting, and lead conversion
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in understanding local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is an advantage
  • Experience in the real estate sector will be a significant benefit
