Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Specialist. The role involves managing and driving sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless real estate transactions. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee property sales strategies, communicate effectively with clients, guide them through the buying or selling process, and meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and coordinating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Strategy
  • Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in local real estate market trends; knowledge of the Bengaluru market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
