Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Specialist will engage in identifying and managing property opportunities for residential and commercial clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in sales and purchase transactions. The role involves guiding clients with an understanding of the real estate market, ensuring that their investment goals are met. Collaborating with the sales team and conducting site visits will also be part of day-to-day responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and Relationship Management
• Experience in Sales and familiarity with Real Property transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Proficiency in market trends and understanding regional real estate dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
