This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Specialist will focus on managing property-related transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, negotiating deals, advising on real estate investments, and managing property development projects. The Real Estate Specialist will also collaborate with industry professionals to address client needs and market trends effectively.

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Customer Service and Sales skills to build strong client relationships and close deals
• Experience in Real Estate Development and property management
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site and be flexible with client schedules
• Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
