Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property acquisitions, leasing, sales, and developments while maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities will include real estate market analysis, customer engagement, facilitating property transactions, and assisting with real property development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate including property acquisitions, leasing, and portfolio management
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Real Estate Development and Real Property transactions
• Background in Sales is highly beneficial for navigating client negotiations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Good understanding of real estate market trends and regulatory processes within India
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
