This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Vadodara. The responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their real estate needs and preferences. The role requires cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and completing transactions efficiently. Additionally, the salesperson will stay informed about current market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate.

• Proven experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized with a results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in market analysis and understanding real estate trends is an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
