Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client requirements, providing tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution of projects, staying updated on industry trends, and proactively identifying opportunities to assist clients with their real estate needs.

Qualifications

  • Education no bar
  • Proven skills in Client Management and Relationship Building
  • Experience in Real Estate Solutions and Client Requirement Analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and investment opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
