The company uses institutional-grade strategies, diversified portfolios, and long-term horizons to offer transparent, yield-focused, and relatively low-barrier access to real estate investing.
Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive who will drive investor acquisition and activation for Alt. Investments real estate offerings. This role combines consultative financial selling, relationship management, and product education to help investors understand deals, evaluate risks, and commit capital.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential investors (affluent professionals, HNIs, business owners) via inbound leads, referrals, LinkedIn, and offline networks.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand investors risk appetite, ticket size, income expectations, and investment horizon, and map them to suitable Alt. offerings.
- Deliver clear, compliant explanations of each property opportunity, including yields, lock-in, risks, and exit scenarios, using pitch decks, walk-throughs, and one-on-one meetings.
- Own the full sales funnel: follow-ups, objection handling, coordination of documentation, and closure of investments within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the investments and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, KYC completion, and a great post-investment experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, commitments, and conversion metrics; share weekly pipeline and revenue reports.
- Educate and nurture leads through WhatsApp, emailers, webinars, and investor sessions, building trust and long-term relationships for repeat investments.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competing platforms, and regulatory developments to refine pitches and share market feedback with the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience of 1-3 in Real Estate, Real Property, and familiarity with real estate transaction processes
- Proficiency in Sales and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market is advantageous
