Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying business growth opportunities. The Real Estate Salesperson will provide personalized property consulting, guide clients through real estate transactions, and keep up-to-date with market trends to identify lucrative deals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service to provide personalized and professional client support
  • Real Estate knowledge, encompassing Real Property regulations and expertise in selling and renting properties
  • Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals effectively
  • A valid Real Estate License is required
  • Ability to stay updated on market trends and property values
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
