Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Real Estate Salesperson will engage in daily activities such as meeting potential clients, guiding them through property viewings, handling negotiations, and facilitating property transactions. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market, and nurturing relationships to generate leads and build a strong network.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support and build lasting relationships with clients
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and effectively collaborate with the team
- Proven ability to stay informed about local real estate market trends
- Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
