We are seeking a Real Estate Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on market trends. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and preparing appropriate documentation. You will also work closely with the team to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property regulations
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate processes
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage
• Relevant work experience in real estate or a similar field
