Position: Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist

Location: Thane (Corporate Office)

Salary: Up to 35,000 + Attractive Incentives

Shift: Day Shift (10 AM 7 PM)

Week Off: Monday

Education: Graduation Mandatory

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Payroll

About the Opportunity

Our client, a reputed name in the Premium Real Estate sector, is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join their corporate office in Thane. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, have excellent communication skills, and are interested in building a career in real estate and home interior services.

As a Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in understanding their requirements and guiding them through the company's offerings. You will ensure that every customer receives a seamless and professional experience, from the initial call to the final showroom visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone calls and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly explain the company's Home Interior Services.
  • Schedule and coordinate showroom visits to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer and the showroom team to provide a smooth experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling, real estate, or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers over phone calls.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
