Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Noida. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on the real estate market, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The individual will conduct property consultations, schedule and attend property viewings, and actively negotiate deals to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate, Real Property, and possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site capacity
• Knowledge of the Noida real estate market
• Proven track record in closing property transactions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
