Job description:
The Real Estate SalesPerson will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for our upcoming project, from lead generation to property handover.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead Management:Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and executing promotional events. Qualify and follow up on inquiries received through various channels (online portals, site visits, referrals).
- Presentations & Site Visits:Conduct compelling presentations of the project features, amenities, and value proposition to prospective clients. Organize and manage site visits, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Negotiation & Closures:Skilfully negotiate pricing and terms to achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently. Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Client Relationship Management
- Customer Service:Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships before, during, and after the sale. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the buying process.
- Market Feedback:Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, offerings, and sales strategies, and provide constructive feedback to the management team.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain updated records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:Minimum of1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate or high-value direct sales sectors.
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Market Knowledge:A good understanding of the local real estate market, especially the Ajmer Road corridor, is a significant advantage.
- Attitude:Highly motivated, target-driven, and a self-starter with a professional demeaner and a strong commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Tech Savvy:Proficiency in using CRM software (or similar sales management tools) and MS Office Suite.
