Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for identifying property opportunities, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing real estate. Key day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their property needs, negotiating transactions, preparing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and knowledge of industry trends
  • Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with applicable regulations
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
