Job Description

  • BOOTES is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and drive our sales team in Alwar. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the real estate vertical.

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Experience Required: 3-8 years in Real Estate Sales (with prior team handling experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives
  • - Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
  • - Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and brokers
  • - Conduct site visits, negotiations and close high-value deals
  • - Train and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity
  • - Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management

Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
  • - Prior experience leading/managing a sales team is mandatory
  • - Strong knowledge of the Alwar / Rajasthan real estate market preferred
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • - Self-motivated, target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
