- BOOTES is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and drive our sales team in Alwar. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the real estate vertical.

Experience Required: 3-8 years in Real Estate Sales (with prior team handling experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives
- - Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
- - Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and brokers
- - Conduct site visits, negotiations and close high-value deals
- - Train and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity
- - Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
- - Prior experience leading/managing a sales team is mandatory
- - Strong knowledge of the Alwar / Rajasthan real estate market preferred
- - Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- - Self-motivated, target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
