Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Representative role located in Lucknow. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying or selling process. The representative will also manage property listings, conduct site visits, coordinate property showings, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth transaction process. Staying updated on local market trends and knowledge of the regional real estate landscape are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and holding a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing techniques
- Knowledge of the local property market with a strategic approach to real estate opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales is an advantage
