Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, providing market analysis, offering personalized consulting services, and fostering lasting client relationships. The individual will also work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly. Regularly collaborating with developers and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of real estate market trends
  • Strong Sales and real estate transaction management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with Real Property laws and regulations
