Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Manager - Team Lead. The individual will oversee property portfolio management, coordinate lease administration, and handle real estate transactions, including leases and commercial real estate deals. Responsibilities include leading a team of real estate professionals, evaluating property opportunities, ensuring compliance with market trends, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Calling potential clients and convincing them to visit the property. Scheduling and conducting property site visits with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in handling Leases and managing Real Estate transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and market dynamics
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
