Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Product Specialist at Bhagwati Products Limited. Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Specialist with expertise in understanding and explaining technical product specifications.
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service practices to address inquiries and provide solutions efficiently.
- Prior experience or competency in Sales to support sales efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the electronics or telecommunications industry is an added advantage.
