Job Title: Manager - Sales
- Roles and Responsibilities:
○ End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through data provided by
the company (Marketing leads provided upon achievement)
○ Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
properties.
○ Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
○ Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week.
○ Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
○ Proficiency in both Hindi & English and local language is an
advantage.
○ MS office
○ Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
○ Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence
- Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
○ A graduate from any discipline is preferred
○ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience Required
○ Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
- Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
○ Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (INR 35K plus per
month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent
performers)
○ Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and
promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
○ CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
○ 5 Day work week
○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
○ Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
○ Upon achieving 3 deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
