Role: Sales Manager Luxury Real Estate
We are looking for high-performing real estate sales professionals who are passionate about luxury property sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close high-value real estate sales leads through direct sourcing and channel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and brokers
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to drive closures
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and customer experience teams to enhance the buyer journey
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience with proven closures (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal conversion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
