Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, including identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable property solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and stakeholders. The manager will also supervise the sales team, provide training and guidance, and establish clear strategies to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a deep understanding of real estate laws and practices
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Strong Sales abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience managing a sales team is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
