Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate (Farmland Sales)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to handle customer interactions at site locations and drive sales for managed farmland projects. The ideal candidate should have strong closing abilities, customer handling skills, and experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the project site
- Present and sell managed farmland projects to prospective buyers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales process including site visits, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue generation
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales (farmland, villa, or plotted development preferred)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good working knowledge of CRM tools
- Willingness to work from site locations, especially on weekends
Work Schedule:
- Weekend presence at project site is mandatory
- Weekly off during weekdays
