Job Description

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Real Estate Sales Manager with more than 5-8 years of proven experience exclusively in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in managing sales teams, closing high-value deals, driving revenue growth, and handling end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop effective sales strategies for new launches, ongoing projects, and inventory movement.

* Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Manage and nurture relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.

* Conduct sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and brand visibility.

* Monitor sales funnels, follow-up strategies, and CRM workflows.

* Deliver strong customer service and manage post-sales documentation.

* Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to enhance performance.

* Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

* Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-> 10+ years of sales experience exclusively in the real estate sector (mandatory)

-> Strong track record of closing high-ticket property deals

-> Expertise in client handling, negotiation, and consultative selling

-> Excellent communication and presentation skills

-> Strong understanding of real estate documentation, RERA rules, and property processes

-> Ability to manage and motivate sales teams

-> Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting

-> Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
