Job Role: Real Estate Sales Manager

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Week Off: Tuesday

Job Summary:

Livnest is hiring an experiencedReal Estate Sales Managerfor the Thane location. This is anindividual contributor rolewhere the candidate will handlecalling/sourcing leads as well as complete deal closures, managing the entire sales cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handlelead sourcing through calling, follow-ups, and database management
  • Generate prospects via cold calling, inbound leads, referrals, and broker coordination
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Manageend-to-end sales closures, including negotiations and documentation coordination
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Update CRM and track daily calling and sales activities
  • Achieve individual monthly sales and closure targets
  • Stay updated on Thane real estate market trends

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience inreal estate sales
  • Proven experience incalling/sourcing and closing both
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of Thane real estate market
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
