Job Summary:
Livnest is hiring an experiencedReal Estate Sales Managerfor the Thane location. This is anindividual contributor rolewhere the candidate will handlecalling/sourcing leads as well as complete deal closures, managing the entire sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handlelead sourcing through calling, follow-ups, and database management
- Generate prospects via cold calling, inbound leads, referrals, and broker coordination
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Manageend-to-end sales closures, including negotiations and documentation coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Update CRM and track daily calling and sales activities
- Achieve individual monthly sales and closure targets
- Stay updated on Thane real estate market trends
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience inreal estate sales
- Proven experience incalling/sourcing and closing both
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Thane real estate market
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
