Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for tele sales, walking attandent , site visits , setting sales goals, and developing effective strategies to meet targets. The role includes managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, assisting in property sales, and ensuring exceptional service. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for staying updated on the real estate market and analyzing trends to seize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate transactions
  • Strong Sales and Real Property expertise
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Leadership, team management, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role or the real estate industry is an advantage
